Vocal Matrix Chorus, under the direction of Dr. Kimberly Graham, is excited to announce their participation in the upcoming Region 14, Heart of the Blue Ridge competition, taking place this April in Concord, NC. The chorus has spent the past year diligently preparing both their ballad and up-tune selections, building unity and musicality through dedicated weekly rehearsals.
As competition draws near, the chorus is focused on refining every detail of their performance. To help achieve this, Vocal Matrix recently welcomed Leah Beverley, a respected vocal coach and Certified Expression Judge with Sweet Adelines International, for an intensive two-day workshop. Beverley’s expertise and feedback provided the singers with valuable insights, helping them fine-tune their program and elevate their artistry.
